What to Bring to Your First Consultation

You do not need to have everything ready before calling. However, having the following on hand helps us give you the most accurate picture of your options during the first conversation:

• A recent pay stub or proof of income (last 2–3 months)
• Most recent federal tax return (last 1–2 years)
• A list of your debts — credit cards, medical bills, personal loans, or any court judgments
• Any garnishment notices, lawsuit papers, or collection letters you have received
• Mortgage or car loan statements if you want to keep those assets
• Bank statements for the past 2–3 months (if available)

If you do not have everything listed above, that is okay. We will walk you through the rest during your visit at no charge.

Finding Our Office

Our office is located at 6244 Poplar Avenue, Suite 150, Memphis, TN 38119, right off Poplar Ave near Ridgeway Road. We are on the first floor — no elevators or stairs. Free parking is available directly in front of the building. You do not need to search for a spot or feed a meter. Everything is designed to make your visit as stress-free as possible.

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: Closed

For urgent matters such as a scheduled wage garnishment, vehicle repossession, or a tax levy, call (901) 475-8200 as soon as possible. Timing is critical in bankruptcy cases.
